


LUCERNE, SWITZERLAND - Forty-plus years have enabled me to look at past, present, and future leadership mindsets and practices, along with management best practices, through different lenses. My street-wise, athletic, and college-smart perspective on business, leadership, and transformation can be attributed to the following experiences witnessed through these lenses: inner-city survivor, little league/high school/college scholar-athlete, semi-professional athlete, park-recreation and high school football coach, community volunteer, spiritual teacher, corporate educator/trainer, Doctor of Philosophy recipient, Doctor of Business Administration candidate, international college professor, international senior academic board member and administrator, senior corporate executive, entrepreneur, philanthropist, individual contributor, godfather, legal guardian, international advisor, and, most importantly, role model. Over 75 countries, hundreds of thousands of people, thousands of projects, and billions of dollars saved or generated have influenced my agile leadership approach across the globe.
Also, over the past 10 years as an artificial intelligence (AI) enthusiast, entrepreneur, and Associate Professor of Agile Leadership and Project Management, I have lectured, consulted, and mentored healthcare management and pharmaceutical industry management executives and professionals in over 25 countries worldwide, earning Masters and Doctoral degrees through the Healthcare Institute and Institute of AI and Robotics of Switzerland-based Cambridge Corporate University (CCU), a world-renowned leader in corporate education. The focus of my research and teaching efforts is developing the emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual intelligence (IQ) needed to address the ethics of AI to ensure its application results in intelligent automation solutions.
