Meaningful and impactful AI ethics requires an adaptive mindset

The second part of this series elaborates further on the Agile Leadership Framework™ and Strategic Hustler™ concepts introduced in the previous article, writes Dr Frank Lee Harper, Jr, AI thought leader and provost and vice chancellor at Cambridge Corporate University.

LUCERNE, SWITZERLAND - Part two of this multi-part article focuses on The Adaptive Mindset of the Agile Leadership Framework™ (ALF) introduced in the last article. The Adaptive Mindset - used interchangeably with Adaptive or Adaptable Behavior - is the introduction to the various agile leadership concepts of the ALF founded from 40-plus years of professional experience, research, and lectures. This article continues the study of the SUPERHUMAN GEARS required to become a Strategic Hustler™ - a leader who proactively embraces the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create intelligent automation - giving readers further knowledge of the concept along with advice for improving leadership skills in the age of AI.

The Strategic Hustler™ is a multidimensional innovative futurist equipped with the SUPERHUMAN GEAR of overseeing and contributing to the formulation and execution of strategies to invent the future necessary for fostering a better world for value creation and wealth generation.
