Mark Kruger is Yicai Global's Opinion Editor and Senior Fellow at the Yicai Research Institute. He has served as Senior Policy Director in the Bank of Canada's International Department, senior advisor to the Canadian Executive Director at the IMF and head of the Economic and Financial Section of the Canadian Embassy in Beijing.
