Nikolai Markotkin is an expert at the Russian International Affairs Council and a contributor for Carnegie Moscow. He is also the former head of RIAC’s International and Social Impacts of AI Technologies project. His interests include the evolution of Russia’s official perception of AI as well as the socio-economic impact of new technological revolution.
