Georgios Stamatakos is research professor of analysis and simulation of biological systems at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Institute of Communication and Computer Systems, National Technical University of Athens. He is the initiator of in silico medicine. He directs the In Silico Oncology and In Silico Medicine groups.
